Few periods in life are as intense as the transition into motherhood. Your baby is your first thought - they need to be comforted, soothed, and acclimated to the world around them. It can be easy to forget that you, too, need time and space to acclimate to your new body, world, and life.

 

The physical and emotional care needed during this time can also be complicated by more mundane needs. Your laundry needs to be done, the family needs to eat, and showers eventually become necessary. None of these are as important as caring for yourself and your baby, but it can be easy to feel pressured to get back into the swing of daily life.

Overnight Babycare

 

Overnight support is available from

 8pm to 6am



Hourly Rate:  $50

Rest is at the heart of postpartum healing, but it can become quite challenging when caring for a newborn. As a newborn care specialist, I offer professional, calming support that allows you to recharge with a restful night's sleep.


Overnight care involves:


  • Providing loving care to your baby while you rest
  • Assisting with nighttime feedings, including breastfeeding guidance
  • Ensuring a safe sleep environment for the baby
  • Maintaining a detailed baby log
  • Light household tasks such as pump and bottle sterilization, laundry and snack prep


Meal Prep and Planning

$150* - One four-hour visit 

(Does not include infant care)

As a dedicated postpartum doula, I take joy in providing homemade meals to ease the demands of your postpartum period. We'll work together to create meal plans that suit your preferences and dietary needs, and I will take care of all your grocery shopping, cooking, and clean-up.
